Our first training session was held last Sunday morning and 10 Positive Fit members attended.
For those who may be concerned at their own fitness levels, we divided into 3 groups:
1. A group just starting their journey who combined running/walking with a personal training session with Ali
2. A group who ran quite comfortably for 40 mins
3. A fitter group who ran for 90 mins at a steady pace.
Please come along this Sunday at 8am – you can see there is a level for everyone
